Don’t forget to wear sunblock to protect your skin from harmful UVB rays.

You can also take a supplement or add vitamin D-fortified foods to your diet, like almond milk, yogurt, or cheese. Mushrooms, tuna, and trout are other excellent natural sources of the vitamin.
